Celtic Oktoberfest 2019

The Strait Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to be celebrating their 6th year of Celtic Oktoberfest – Cape Breton’s first ever all inclusive craft beer, local food and Celtic music gathering! Recognizing the growing strength of the emerging craft brewery sector, and its impact on tourism in the region, the Strait Area Chamber created Celtic Oktoberfest to showcase the best of Nova Scotian craft beer and Cape Breton food. The addition of a local winery broadens the appeal of the event which attracts approximately 400 people each year. 

Attendees to Celtic Oktoberfest can expect unlimited access to the best food, beverage and music that Nova Scotia has to offer.  As many as 20 vendors will provide samples of artisan food products, craft brews – all included in the price of your ticket.  Our 4-hour festival will also include local entertainment with our feature performance from Three Finger Shot!  10 Local Brewers, 10 Local Food Providers, 2 Rocking Bands….1 Night to Remember!
