Charlo and Zabeth

Every Wednesday from 4pm to 8:30 pm, in July and August, Charlo and Zabeth invite you to Cap-Rouge for a nostalgic event reminiscent of the year 1935. This unique gathering at their home aims to recreate the atmosphere just before over 30 families were displaced from Le Cap-Rouge for the creation of the National Park. Guests can enjoy chatting, singing old Acadian songs and immersing themselves in the rich cultural heritage of the area. Occasionally, a fiddler will join in to add to the musical ambience, and there will also be an extra guitar or two, spoons, and an extra fiddle available for visitors to play.
