Clayton Farm Bed & Breakfast
Opens: Tuesday, May 1 until Wednesday, October 31
Clayton Farm Bed & Breakfast is a working farm located on Mabou Harbour on Cape Breton Island. We are a Municipal Registered Heritage Property (c 1835) with period furniture in an idyllic setting on a private peninsula. The scenery in Mabou is spectacular with many places for nature lovers to explore.
Some of the area’s attractions include kayaking on the Mabou River, hiking in the Mabou Highlands, or just spending the day on West Mabou Beach. Mabou is the home of the An Drochaid Museum, which houses Mabou’s history, cultural artifacts and records for public viewing.
We have 4 rooms (Double, Twin), with 2 shared 4-piece bath (guests only), and Wi-Fi. We provide a delicious continental breakfast. Cats are on the premises.
We are a proud member of the Nova Scotia Bed & Breakfast Association and the Tourism Industry Association of Nova Scotia. Cash or travellers’ cheques are accepted.
