Riverside Retreat offers private, treed, unserviced camping along the Cheticamp river. Each campsite is tucked away in the trails, allowing for privacy and a deeper connection to nature. Kayak and canoe rentals are available to explore the natural beauty of the area. We are minutes away from the Cape Breton Highlands National Park and Petit Etang beach. Float down the river, hike to the beach, or simply relax and enjoy the birds sing as you sway on the swings hanging from the large oak trees.
